Hosted on Friday, June 30, 2023, from 6 to 9:30 p.m, the Town of Selma offers a bombastic 4th of July celebration filled with fireworks, parades and celebrations! This free event is located at the Blackstone Plaza at 115 Meghan Circle in Selma.

Come Out to the Archer Lodge Family Fun Day on the 1st of July!

The community center of Archer Lodge will host their Family Day Celebration on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 3 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and come experience, a community parade, sky divers, live music, food trucks and inflatables at the Archer Lodge Community Center, located at 14009 Buffalo Road, Archer Lodge.

Town of Clayton 4th of July Celebration

Town of Clayton 4th of July Celebration July 1st!

Clayton’s All-American Independence Day celebration and fireworks display will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at the Clayton High School, 600 S Fayetteville Street, Clayton, NC. This year’s festivities will start at 6 p.m. Come with a big appetite for free watermelon, food trucks, inflatables, music, corn-hole, and fireworks.

The Wendell Fireworks Display is July 2nd!

Are you ready, Wendellians for the Wendell Fireworks Show coming on Sunday, July 2, 2023? Opening at 6 p.m. at the Wendell Community, the Fireworks Show begins at 9 p.m. Parking will also be available in downtown Wendell. Five Shuttle buses will be running from the Park and Ride lot to Wendell Park from 6 to 10 p.m. for those parking downtown.

Activities include Americana music along with an assortment of food trucks! Be sure to bring your blankets, and lawn chairs, and participate in numerous activities for all to enjoy.

Coolers, pets, or personal fireworks including sparklers are not allowed!

The Town of Smithfield’s annual Independence Day Celebration takes place on Sunday, July 2, 2023, on South Third Street in the heart of Historic Downtown Smithfield. This year’s celebration features a great fireworks show and brings the community together! Come early for the live entertainment, food, and activities! The fireworks begin at dusk!

Kenly 4th of July Celebration, Tuesday, July 4th

The Kenly 95 Petro, located at 923 Johnston Parkway is hosting its annual 4th of July fireworks show, in conjunction with the Town of Kenly, on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at about 9 p.m. The Petro truck stop is located right off of Exit 106 on I-95 in Johnston County.

The Cleveland area Independence Day celebration will kickoff with a pancake breakfast from 7 – 9:30 a.m. followed by a community parade.

Celebrate Knightdale’s Fourth on First

Come celebrate the 4th of July at the Fourth on First Celebration on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, 4 p.m. The Festival offers food trucks, inflatables and the Chairman of the Board band will perform on the main stage beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The viewing area for the fireworks display will be the grassy area between the Pavilions and the stage, and fields 1 and 2 at Knightdale Station Park.

The Town will offer free shuttles to Knightdale Station Park from 3:00 -8:45 p.m.

Knightdale Recreation Center
The shuttles will pick up at the roundabout at the Football Stadium at Knightdale High School and drop off at the Pavilion on First Avenue. Please plan to utilize the offered shuttle as parking around the park will be limited.
