Here is a breakdown of the tiered New Year – New Home incentives by price points.
- $2,000 for qualifying homes priced under $220,000
- $3,000 for qualifying homes priced from $220,000 – $250,000
- $4,000 for qualifying homes priced from $250,000 – $300,000
- $6,000 for qualifying homes priced from $300,000 – $330,000
- $8,000 for qualifying homes priced over $330,000
As far as how you may use the incentive, it’s a “use as you choose” incentive. Many home buyers elect to use the max portion of $1,500 towards closing costs and the remainder for desired upgrades. To receive the maximum portion of $1,500 for closing costs, buyers must use the builder’s preferred lender (North State Bank) with a full price offer.
