Katie and her husband, William recently purchased their first home in Garner and love calling it home. When asked if cost weren’t an issue, which feature she would want in her next new home, Katie immediately said “an open concept kitchen & a large living space for hosting and entertaining lots of friends and family.

Outside of the world of real estate, Katie says she enjoys playing tennis, rooting for the University of Florida (She graduated from U of FL – Go Gators), snowboarding, and camping in the mountains with her husband and their Goldendoodle, Mason.
