So, what exactly does a buyer’s agent like Victoria do? Well…a little bit of everything! Showing you around neighborhoods in the area, finding top homes in your price range, recommending lenders and resources, submitting and negotiating offers—she’ll be there through the every step of the buying process, from the start to the finish.
During her time on the JSP Team, Victoria has used her honesty, diligence, and dedication to help people find amazing homes that best suit their wants and needs. You may not like the first few homes you see…or maybe even the first dozen, but Victoria will guide you through every showing until you find the perfect fit.
A Passion for Athletics
When she isn’t showing homes or negotiating her heart out, Victoria loves to spend her free time playing pretty much every sport under the sun—although her favorite is volleyball. She also gets plenty of help staying active from her two adorable rescue pups.
If Victoria could have any feature in her dream home, it would be a huge backyard for entertaining and relaxing—and no doubt for her dogs to run around to their heart’s content!

Not only is Victoria a pro at exploring Johnston and Wake County, but she’s also got a few more destinations under her belt. Whenever she has a some extra days off, she and her husband love to travel as much as possible.
