Here at Jaclyn Smith Properties, we’re all about putting our clients first. After all, without our clients, we wouldn’t be where we are today! That’s why we wanted to share some exciting news with you all: the Triangle Business Journal recently named us as the top-selling team in Johnston County for 2018!
Again, this wouldn’t have been possible without our clients, and we’d like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who worked with us over the past year. Take a look at a more in-depth break down of the numbers below!
The Numbers
Last year, the eight members of the JSP Team brought in over $65,000,000 in sales, with an average home value of around $238,000. In the Triangle area in general, we came in 14th place, although the rankings were close, with just $2,000,000 between us and 13th place, and $10,000,000 between us and 10th place.
The next Johnston County-based team came in at 24th, while most of the other top-sellers were based in Raleigh. Our team is not only on the smaller side in terms of the number of agents, but has also been around for fewer years than most, so we’re incredibly grateful to have our hard work recognized!
