Originally born in Missouri, Kerri grew up in the Triangle and is proud to call it her home! As a member of Jaclyn Smith Properties, Kerri excels at helping clients in Johnston and Wake County make smart decisions in real estate.

Kerri is a licensed REALTOR® and a Buyers Specialist for Jaclyn Smith Properties. As such, she is highly skilled at working with clients one-on-one to locate the home that’s right for them.
One of her biggest passions as a buyer specialist is helping her clients find “the one.” Finding the perfect home takes time, expertise, and good resources—three things Kerri works hard to provide for her clients.
When asked about her own dream home, Kerri responded that “it has to have a large kitchen for preparing meals and family gatherings.”

When she’s not busy helping her clients find success, you’ll probably find Kerri outside near the ocean. Her happy place is the beach, and she’s a big fan of fishing and boating.
A devoted mom, outside of work Kerri likes to spend time with her three kids CJ, Connor, and Carsyn.
