Beth Sanders – Go Wildcats!
Beth Sanders is originally from Kansas City and graduated from Kansas State University. She lived in Clearwater, Florida 12 years and then moved to Clayton in 2014 with her husband Steve and two kids, Connor and Ainsley. She has been a Clayton real estate agent since 2015 and is passionate about real estate and finding the right solutions for her clients.
Mark Pahlmann – Oorah!
Mark Pahlmann was born in Montgomery County, Illinois, and moved to North Carolina in 1988 when his stepfather was stationed at Camp Lejeune. He moved to the Johnston/Wake County area in 1999 and has called this his home ever since. He has had many job requirements throughout his career that include customer service, negotiating contracts, and managing long-term projects. Going above and beyond being a believer in being the real estate agent that you can trust, that is hardworking and committed, Mark is a true knowledge broker.
Megan Bland – Speaks Your Language!
Megan Bland was born in Greenville, NC but had the opportunity to live all over the U.S., growing up in a military family. She has recently started her career in real estate after a 19-year career as a speech-language pathologist. Megan passionately delivers a 5-Star experience. She helps others achieve their goals, devoted to being responsive, detail-oriented, and communicative and loves going the extra mile to ensure her clients get the best service possible.
Rachel Leeworthy – Your Real Estate Teacher!
Rachel Leeworthy is from Warren, Ohio, and has just launched her career in real estate after an 8-year career as a special education teacher for Johnston County Schools. Her favorite part of her job is working with people and getting to help them achieve their goals. She loves guiding her clients through each step of the whole process from start to finish for a family looking to purchase their home.
