Under a beautiful, brilliant sun lit morning (with a chill in the air), the Jaclyn Smith Properties Team kicked off our LionsGate Block Party. Held this past Saturday morning (12/7) from 11am to 3pm, a constant flow of attendees filed in to view our gorgeous homes and to enjoy food, drink and tunes.
The One27Homes team did an amazing job preparing these cute homes for our big event. A special shoutout to Bryan (heyyyy) Parrish, Josh Cote, and Blake Farley (and many more) on the builder team for all their hard work!
In Case You Missed It
Here’s a quick recap of our event. We celebrated the opening of this final phase of new homes in LionsGate. This community offers four (4) floor plans priced from the low $180’s to the low $200’s.

The Tacos were Legit!
In addition to our open homes, we hosted the Queso Monster food truck – yes FREE food! The tacos were “legit”!
The hot coffee supplied by our friends (and neighbors) at Boulevard Coffee took the chill off the air!
One of our homes hosted a tasting of samples of rum and egg nog for a real holiday treat. These samples were graciously provided by our hometown distiller, Instill! As you can imagine, this home was a big hit!
A special pop-up shop hosted by our friends at The Market at Three Little Birds was positioned in another home. It attracted a steady stream of attendees throughout the day.
Another hometown favorite, Aaron Hamm and the Big River Band provided a private acoustic concert in another home.
