Jennifer is taking on the role of Listing Partner for General Brokerage on the Jaclyn Smith Properties Team. She brings passion, organization, and excitement to the entire JSP team and we’re beyond thrilled that she’s here.
Listing Coordinator
As a general brokerage listing partner, Jennifer assists the Jaclyn Smith Properties team in securing new listings, and executing a successful marketing strategy. That way each existing home is presented to the widest audience so our sellers experience a success-driven outcome all while enjoying world-class service.
Highly organized and skilled in helping others, Jennifer is a huge asset to the team. Although this is her first foray into the real estate industry, she has already gone above and beyond in helping her team find success!
An Avid NC State Fan
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys cheering on her alma mater, the NC State Wolfpack! Go Pack! Originally from Garner, Jennifer attended both NC State University and East Carolina University. She is familiar with much of Central and Eastern North Carolina, making her a great fit for the JSP team.
In addition to college sports, Jennifer is a big fan of spending time with her family at the lake.
A Background in Education
Before joining the JSP Team as a listing partner, Jennifer worked primarily in education. She taught middle school and high school mathematics in Johnston County, and served as a soccer coach for 11 years!
This is a huge benefit to the JSP Team! Jennifer is highly skilled at communication, organization, and is well-versed in the power of team work.
