Meet Matt Schelm! When it comes to our new One27 Design division, Matt serves as the Design-Build Manager! Everything he does is client-focused and done with the intent to exceed expectations. One27Design is very fortunate to have him on their team!

Another critical member of the One27Design team include Architectural Design Coordinator, Tia Wallace. Tia brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. This ensures One27Design delivers the end product the homeowner is completely wild about!

Matt and Tia are lead by Zach Stewart, President of One27Homes. Zach heads up all team members and all of the construction projects for One27Homes and One27Design.
